The Mumbai ,High Court has dismissed ,the case against singer ,Mika Singh for allegedly, forcibly kissing actress Rakhi Sawant.
Actually, this incident was in the year 2006 when Mika Singh allegedly tried to forcefully kiss Rakhi at her birthday party.
After this incident, Rakhi filed an FIR against Mika and a case was registered against Mika under various sections. These include Section 354 ie sexual harassment and Section 323 ie assault. Mika Singh was arrested under these provisions but was later released on bail.
Now in this case, Rakhi Sawant has filed an affidavit that Mika and his matter has been settled amicably.
